The Supreme Court Has Lost Its Damn Mind

Radical justices are defying constitutional precedent and ignoring the will of the people

The Supreme Court has been tossing out insane decisions like Halloween candy. The ramifications of these decisions will be devastating. They are going to make life worse for 90% of all Americans.

The oligarchs will be fine of course. The oligarchs are always fine.

We’re in the midst of a full-on constitutional crisis. The will of the people doesn’t matter. That’s never been more clear.

Remember the old days when we thought we were doing well if the court had 5 decent individuals and 4 lunatics? The US has always worked on the assumption that there’s no way to avoid the 4 lunatics.

“Got to have them, no way to stop them!”

But since we’re throwing out all forms of historical precedent lately, let’s reevaluate that idea. Why do we have to have a minimum of four people on the highest court of the land who insist on defending indefensible concepts?

They don’t actually live by these concepts, oh, no. That would be impossible. But they have no problem with forcing other people to obey their draconian decrees.

Imagine how much better our society would be if all 9 justices understood the American legal system. Imagine if they all argued for a better world, and fought to defend the freedoms of all citizens?

Instead, we have a ship of fools that’s only one untimely death away from casting our society into darkness for a thousand years. That’s the point we’re at by the way. That’s happened.

Let’s take a look at the recent tone-deaf decisions that defy all sense of logic and decency.

This is what the people want.

This is what the people have been clamoring for.
