On The Current Movement

On the current movement:

The world is beyond our understanding. We see so much more of it now with the internet, but we can never fully comprehend what we see.

Fuck racism. Love and understand individuals. Don’t view people primarily as part of a group, it is dehumanising.

Fuck unfair law enforcement.

Fuck the corrupt powerful.

Fuck greedy industries that destroy sacred land.

Also fuck destruction, it only facilitates more hatred. Let’s communicate and build. People determine the future.

It is destruction that causes pain, and it is pain that causes destruction.

But generally, individual people are already wiser and kinder than the world they grew up in.

Change is generational. Change is inevitable.

We must make it constructive change, not destructive change.

Art and writing ensure ideas last forever. Conversations change individuals. If you want to affect real change then create and communicate. Document your experiences and those of others. Pass them down through time. Speak to other individuals always, whether you agree with them or not. Try to understand them. Confront and overcome your own corruption. Confront and overcome corruption in the real world. Find it and fight it through documentation, creation, dialogue and action.

Don’t merely share someone else’s opinion on social media so people think you’re a good person. That’s just for you. Form your own understanding.

If you’re lucky enough to have earned or to have been given a voice in society, it is hard to know what to think. Some say shut up and let others speak. Some say if you’re silent you’re part of the problem.

I think we all must speak to each other, whenever we can. It is the only way to understanding.

Resist group think on either side of any conflict.

Be kind to others.

Fight hateful ideas, but have empathy for all individuals.
