Healthy smoothies are a wonderful way to start of your day. Once again something you can add if you want is chia seeds, and I recommend you let the smoothie sit for a couple of minutes if you do decide to add some chia seeds.

These are my five recipes for a healthy smoothie, and I recommend that you try a few of these out especially if you are a busy person and you don’t have much time in the mornings to make breakfast. These smoothies don’t have to be your breakfast; you can make them whenever you want like during a hot summer day to cool yourself down, or if you want something nice and colourful one of these healthy smoothies is the way to go.

Drinking healthy smoothies does have a lot of positive impacts on your overall health, the vitamins and nutrients in these smoothies help with improving bone health.
