I TOOK THAT CLASS IN HIGH SCHOOL!

Does it really make sense to take general ed classes all over again even though you took them for 4 years straight in high school? Why cant you just jump right into the core classes related to the degree your pursuing?

In my humble opinion i think students would be more eager about finishing their degree because they are able to take courses that are only needed to complete their degree. Further more, why not count certain high school classes such as pre-calc, algebra, psychology, biology and english 9–12 as college credit. Wouldn’t that make a new college student life easier? Knowingly taking up those rigorous classes were good for something. However, people think college is a scam. Im bias on that statement though. I agree but disagree because college is an experience you will never forget. It will also put you in almost one hundred thousand dollar debt.
